NSH negotiates the lowest available rates with our hotel partners, below their public rate. In exchange for rates lower than the standard negotiated rates, the hotel benefits from earlier reservation commitments while the show’s attendees and exhibitors can take advantage of the cost-savings. It’s a win-win!
Attendees and exhibitors staying within the official block find networking as easy as a walk through the hotel lobby. It’s easy to meet up with fellow attendees in hotel restaurants, lobbies & bars when they are conveniently located inside your hotel.
Booking in the block provides support for our Convention in a variety of ways. It allows us to report more accurate economic impact numbers to the city of New Orleans, The Convention Center and the visitors bureau, which strengthens our negotiations for future events. More rooms booked in the block also means we can better meet the needs of our attendees and exhibitors for the future.
