Convention Travel Scholarships
These scholarships are intended to provide those in histology to attend the NSH Convention to advance their education and knowledge in the field, but may not have the funds to do so. The scholarship can be used to cover costs of travel, hotel and food to attend the convention.
Recipient receives travel funds plus free registration to the NSH 2024 Convention.

Attendee Give Aways
Pens
Each attendee will receive a pen & highlighter in their totebag. The pen will include the NSH website and information of the Sponsor’s choosing – name, web address, phone number etc.

Attendee Lanyards
Access to convention events is monitored via attendee nametags. Convention attendees where their name badges during all convention events. Give your company exposure by letting attendees hang your company name or logo around their neck on their name badge lanyard.

Convention Tote bags
Every attendee receives a convention tote bag to carry their materials throughout the week and then use when they get home. Its the item our attendees use the most and has the longest shelf life. Sponsor's logo is placed on the bag or incorporated into the bag design.

Food & Beverage
Continental Breakfast
NSH provides continental breakfast each day for attendees. Its the only meal NSH provides and is a highly visible event in the Convention Center.
The sponsoring vendor will receive:
- a full page ad in the Registration Brochure (if purchased before March 7, 2024)
- Sponsor credit given in the Mobile App
- Sponsor's logo will appear on thank you signage posted throughout the breakfast

Attendee Welcome Reception
NSH welcomes all attendees at our welcome reception to kick off the event. Partner with NSH to provide entertainment and decorations.

- Sponsor's logo will appear on thank you signage posted throughout the event and in marketing of the event

Technology
Digital Scientific Poster Gallery
Sponsor the NSH Digital Scientific Poster Gallery. Posters will be displayed electronically on large kiosks in the vendor hall near the NSH booth (a popular spot for attendees to visit and earn CEUs) and in the virtual poster gallery online.
The sponsoring vendor will receive:
- a full page ad in the Registration Brochure (if purchased before March 7, 2024)
- Sponsor's logo will appear on the kiosks
- Sponsored by company name will appear on the poster gallery signage including the hanging sign and digital banner in the virtual convention center
- Sponsor will be acknowledged during the NSH Poster Podcast Series following the event which is shared on all NSH social media channels
- Sponsor's logo will appear on thank you signage posted throughout the convention center

Convention Wireless Network
NSH will be providing free wireless service to convention attendees. Attendees utilize the Convention Mobile App to access their daily schedule, workshop handouts and the exhibit hall floor plan.
The sponsoring vendor will receive:

- a banner ad in the Convention's Mobile App
- company name will be used as the Password for the Convention's Mobile App
