Position your brand at the heart of attendee well-being by sponsoring sessions of massage therapy, sure to be one of the most popular and appreciated amenities at the convention. Designed especially for professionals who spend long hours on their feet and at the bench, this high-traffic activation offers attendees a chance to pause, relax, and recharge.

Each two-hour sponsorship slot includes two massage chairs and licensed massage therapists in a dedicated, high-visibility area. Sponsor-provided artwork and signage will be prominently displayed throughout the space, ensuring your brand is associated with comfort, care, and appreciation for the histology community.

Every attendee receives a tote bag to carry materials throughout the week (and beyond). This high-visibility item is one of the most used and kept SWAG items from the convention. Your logo will be prominently displayed or incorporated into the design

This is a practical, high-visibility sponsorship that puts your brand directly into attendees’ hands from the moment they arrive. Each kit includes a brandable hand sanitizer, phone stand, koozie, and clear travel bag — conference-ready essentials that attendees will use throughout the event and beyond. Included with each attendee's tote bag, this kit conveys convenience, preparedness, and a little bit of fun.

Continental Breakfast

Sponsor breakfast during our General Sessions and delight attendees with upgraded breakfast options.

Sponsorship Includes: 

• A full-page ad in the Registration Brochure (if secured by March 14) or in the NSH mobile app
• Emcee acknowledgment before the session begins, plus your logo on prominent breakfast signage
• A one-page flyer of your organization placed on every table in the General Session
• Automatic inclusion in the Virtual Scavenger Hunt, boosting visibility in the Exhibit Hall
• Opportunity to provide branded dining accessories (branded cups, napkins, etc) during breakfast

Attendee Welcome Happy Hour

NSH welcomes all attendees at our welcome reception to kick off the event. Partner with NSH to provide entertainment and decorations. 

Sponsorship includes: 

• A full page ad in the Registration Brochure (if purchased before March 14, 2026) or in the NSH mobile app
• Sponsor's logo will appear on thank you signage posted throughout the event and in marketing of the event

Price: $25,000 (ONE available)

Convention Travel Scholarships

Every year, passionate professionals in histology aspire to join the NSH Convention but may face financial barriers. By sponsoring travel scholarships, your organization enables them to participate, expand their knowledge, and grow within the field.

Scholarship recipients receive travel funds and full registration to the 2026 Convention, thanks to your generosity.
