Accessing the Virtual Event

Approximately one week before the event begins you will receive instructions and links to access the virtual platform.  If you do not have this information 24 hours prior to the event starting, please contact

Group Rates: To qualify and receive group rate pricing you must register your entire group at the same time. You cannot add on to the group after registration is complete. Individuals that receive the group rate must also come from the same organization/company.

Yes.  You are able to register with a Purchase Order,but you must include a copy of the PO.  All registrations secured via PO must be paid before October 12, 2020.

If you are a current student member in the histology field, you are able to register for the event for a discounted rate.  You must enrolled at a NASCLS appproved institution.  

NSH requires a unique email address per registration.  This email is used for communications between NSH staff and the registered attendee including the confirmation, workshop cancellations or changes, vendor announcements etc.  NSH will not register multiple people with one email address nor will NSH register an individual without an email address. 

Cancellations of Entire Registration: All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) by October 1, 2020. Registrants who submit their cancellations in writing by this date will receive a refund minus a $75.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 1, 2020, (without provisions for a substitute) and no-shows are responsible for all convention fees. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.


Cancellations of Individual Workshops: Cancellations for short courses or hands on trainings are eligible for a refund if received by September 21, 2020; cancellations must be in writing (email is acceptable). After this date session costs will not be refunded. 

Please note: Cancellations, for any reason, will not be accepted for persons registering after the deadline of September 14, 2020. Substitutions will be accepted at any time, at no additional charge. 
No cash exchange or refunds are provided on-site. Reimbursements are processed after the conclusion of the convention and will be sent to the payer.

When logging into the Attendee Service Center you have access to change your contact information including your address, email and phone. If for some reason it was entered incorrrectly or your information has changed, you can log in and change whatever you need.

Your receipt is your email confirmation.  The email confirmation is sent to you via email after you are registered and all of your payment information is listed on the email.  You can also access your receipt from the Attendee Service Center.  Please contact if you have any questions regarding your registration payments.

Once you are registered for the convention you are sent an email confirmation to the email listed on the form.  If you do not receive an email confirmation either we did not receive your registration and you are not registered or the email we have for you is incorrect. Your username and password for the Attendee Service Center is located on your confirmation email. You will receive your confirmation email after you have registered for the event.  If for some reason you are unable to locate your username and password or if you forget your password please call NSH at 443.535.4060 or email


Yes.  Keynotes and live streamed workshops will be recorded and available in the On Demand Library for 30 days.

To see which workshops are sold out please visit our Sold Out Workshops page and/or Cancelled Workshops page.  When registering for the event you will not be able to register for a workshop that is sold out, unfortunately there are no waiting lists for workshops.

Lecture Workshops:  All lecture style workshops are open and will be available by entering the virtual room via a link that will be in the virtual convention lobby.
