Attendees will pick up their badge & other applicable materials at the NSH Registration Desk beginning on Friday, September 25th. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendees' badges or materials. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. Badge/ticket reprints will incur a $25.00 fee – no exceptions. |

When logging into the Attendee Service Center you have access to change your contact information including your address, email and phone. If for some reason it was entered incorrrectly or your information has changed, you can log in and change whatever you need. |

If you do not receive an email confirmation either we did not receive your registration and you are not registered or the email we have for you is incorrect. Your receipt is your email confirmation. The email confirmation is sent to you via email after you are registered and all of your payment information is listed on the email. Registration Fees
Full Conference Pass registration fee includes a welcome packet at check in, continental breakfast, admittance to workshops, the keynotes, the welcome reception, vendor expo, digital poster sessions, virtual program on demand library and the event mobile app. Please note: To qualify for the student rate you must be an NSH Student member. Group RatesTo qualify for group rate pricing you must register your entire group at the same time. You cannot add to the group after registration is complete. Individuals that receive the group rate must also come from the same organization/company. Guest PassesFull Conference Pass attendees can register up to 1 guest for a fee of $119.00. Guest badges will provide access to the vendor expo, continental breakfast, and the Saturday evening Welcome Reception. Guests are not permitted into workshops or general sessions. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guest Passes are nonrefundable. Exhibit Hall Only PassesThe trade show floor is open to qualified individuals in histology and pathology for a fee of $75.00 for NSH members and $99 for non members. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. Local technologists and pathologists unable to attend the meeting are welcome to visit the exhibits anytime during scheduled hours with an Vendor Expo Only pass. Vendor Expo Only passes solely include access to the Expo Hall for all days the hall is open to attendees. It does not include access to any networking events, workshops, continental breakfast, convention swag, or general sessions. Unqualified family members of registered attendees & booth attendants are not permitted on the show floor. All registrants, including Vendor Expo Only Passes, must be 18 years of age. Vendor Expo Only passes are nonrefundable. Vendor Only passes are available for purchase starting August 1, 2024. |

Cancelations of Entire Registration: All cancelations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) by August 28, 2026. Registrants who submit their cancelations in writing by this date will receive a refund minus a $75.00 administrative fee. Tickets to the roundtable talks, guest passes and vendor expo only passes are nonrefundable. Cancelations received after August 28, 2026, (without provisions for a substitute) and no-shows are responsible for all convention fees. Full Conference Pass attendees that do not attend the convention will have access to the virtual on demand library for 14 days. Cancelations will not be accepted by phone. Reimbursements No cash exchange or refunds are provided on-site. Reimbursements are processed after the conclusion of the convention and will be sent to the payer.

Workshops |

Workshops: All lecture-style workshops are open and will be available as space permits. You do not need to pay extra for lecture workshops, they are included with your registration fee. |

Learning Lab Sessions provide in depth training on a subject by demonstrating a technique or process. Participants work with and are exposed to equipment, specimens, chemicals and reagents. To enhance the experience and access to the instructor, attendance is limited. Unlike Convention Workshops, Learning Labs require preregistration and incur additional fees. |
